- (when I get my computer back, I’ll make an detailed guide.) Seems like Catalina got rid of 32-Bit support, making TF2 not open at all. But hey, there is a fix. First fix would be downgrading your OS, this is possible, and easy as well. Downgrade to Mojave or High Sierra (High Sierra recommended, Mojave has no OpenGL support) and boom, you can play again. Second fix would be using your mac.
- Jun 17, 2019 Hello, I am looking at upgrading my Mac mini to 10.15 (MacOS Catalina) but am aware that TF2 as well as parts of Steam may lack 64-bit support on MacOS (at least as of a few months ago). I am unsure if that has changed since. I wanted to find out if anyone has attempted to update to MacOS Catalina and run TF2 with any success, or if anyone is aware of a workaround? Thanks so much!

My son has a white MacBook (OS X 10.5.8) that has started 'singing'. It basically sings with an electronic voice every action you do. If you click on File it sings File. If you open Mail, it sings Mail.
Some Apple menu items have also been doubled...Force Quit, Restart, Shut Down and Log Out have all been duplicated on the menu.
The keyboard sound volume controls have also been disabled.
There are other user accounts on the computer and none of them have been affected.
I looked at his login items and there isn't anything unusual in there.
Any ideas what this is and how to fix it?
